A long night. Techno and dnb blare through the studio - art on the walls, uninhibited, quickly pasted up - loose sketches, photos, prints, lists, ideas. Printing on a creative high until the early hours of the morning. Screen after screen, layer upon layer of colour. Fabric and paper, deliberate and ill-considered creation and rejection, discussion and celebration.

Nights like these make us come alive - five artists and a dream, born on this first night: This - this feeling - should live on the street - wild, untamed and free. Everyone should feel it. Graffiti, skateboarding, tattoos - bringing art to people instead of hiding it in galleries - that is our ultimate goal. In 2019, the time has come - all these thoughts, dreams and ideas will become Atlas.art, a collective that stands for exactly that!

We work in our 9-5 jobs, but at night we continue to burn for art - we sell our first Atlas shirts at art markets and print festival merch live on site at a festival. The world gets to know us, we step out - and unpyclen. What we always want: Change.

It was never easy. But Atlas is art and art is what we live for. And above all, it is the people, friends and family who see, recognise and support it. Many of them have been with us from the very beginning: e.g. the Trittbrettfahrer e.V, the Black Coal Tattoo Studio, Kaleu die Hafenkneipe, Das Garten Festival as well as many friends, family and tattoo artists. Their belief in us has always motivated us to stick to our passion. They are all a part of us and have shaped the collective - just like all the artists who fight, create, design and think for the good in the world.

Today, we are proud to stand here as a collective - with every design that conquers the streets and hearts. Our journey has only just begun. And who knows - maybe you're part of it?
